•Build meaningful relationships with our team and clients
•Document current systems and processes
•Create and document new systems and processes
•Onboard new clients into client systems
•Prepare accurate and timely client contracts
•Respond to new leads in timely manner
•Collaborate with outside marketing agency to execute marketing tactics
•Manage project timelines, ensuring projects are meeting timelines and completed with excellence
•Complete other projects and duties as assigned by supervisor
•Provide general administrative support as requested
RESPONSIBILITIES//
•At least two years of experience in a similar role developing new operational systems and creating the processes/procedures to support them
•An understanding of brand strategy
