•Document current systems and processes
•Create and document new systems and processes
•Onboard new clients into client systems
•Prepare and lead client kickoffs, prepare accurate and timely client contracts
•Respond to new leads in timely manner
•Carry out tactics of marketing plan in communication and collaboration with outside marketing agency
•Maintain an overarching view of client projects, ensuring projects are meeting timelines and completed with excellence
•Complete other projects and duties as assigned by supervisor
•Provide general administrative support for owner as requested
•At least two years’ experience in a similar role and experience with developing new operational systems and writing processes and procedures that support the systems.
•An understanding of brand strategy
