FALL WISH LIST
Even though it may be 90 degrees outside, we at the studio have fall on our minds. Big cardigans, ankle boots, scarves, and hats have us begging for those crisp fall nights and brisk fall days. With the season soon approaching, our minds have been thinking about what we’d like to add to our wardrobes this year. Take a look at some of our must haves for autumn.

I’ve been searching for a plum colored fall hat that I can use to accessorize simple outfits. Something about that hue and navy that are appealing a lot to me this season. THIS ONE is perfect!

Pleated Skirt: I love, love, love the look of accordion pleats in skirts! I would love to own one…I think they look stylish year round and are very re-mixable for fall.

The piece I want to add to my wardrobe this fall is a beautiful fur vest. Nothing says fall clothing to me like cozy warm layering pieces. I love that this vest can be worn in so many different ways. Check out PINTEREST for some great inspiration on how to fit a fur vest into your fall look!

Nothing feels like fall to me more than a new scarf. It’s the first thing I pull out of my closet when the air turns a little chilly and the leaves start falling. Each year I love finding new colors and different fabrics and buying a new scarf really puts me in a fall sort-of-mood. I love finding a new scarf somewhere different each year and this time I got a steal. I found the prettiest soft blue scarf at a thrift store for only a dollar. Wearing it makes me think about pumpkin spice lattes, pretty October skies, and how much I love fall!

Fall boots! There is something about the fall air that make me want new boots. Love that smell of new leather. Boots are so easy to wear AND comfy too. This year I am looking for that perfect pair of boots that hit mid calf. Because I am short, this length is perfect for me. I also am a sucker for distressed leather. And buckles too….because I like the detail but also because it allows me to tighten the boots to fit a little snug around my leg. I have been eyeing THIS PAIR at Free People. Now they are a bit of a splurge …so we will see…but oh, love boots and they are definitely on my fall to get list.

I love fall! It is my favorite time of the year and it is my favorite time to go shopping. Right now my fall list is pretty long but I have my eye on one thing in particular. I am on the lookout for the perfect pair of distressed charcoal grey skinny jeans. A pair that I can dress up or down and wear with black or brown. I love a good pair of jeans especially in the fall. fall must-haves? :) an epic book, a clean house, and a fall scented candle. i love cardigans and this year there is a brown-toned, burnt-gold color that i love. scarves in navy and grey tones. and of course, always the classic, black pin-striped, T or blouse.

I’m gonna have to go with Justine and Kathleen on this one. Big chunky sweaters and scarves are two things i MUST have in the fall :) They go perfect with a pumpkin spice latte for sure ;)

Boots are a super fun way to make it feel fall-like in our super hot city. And a big boho bag (my disguised diaper bag).
I’m with Char as well. I’m looking for the perfect pair of brown/carmel colored boots. I want a pair with a low heel that is comfortable to wear anytime! Boots and scarves scream fall to me! The smell of cinnamon and pumpkin add to it too. :)
A cobalt blue blazer!! This color is supposed to be all the rage for fall/winter
The lace ankle boots that I’ve been seeing lately are at the top of my wish list. It wouldn’t be fall for me without some acoustic music, a cool breeze and a mug in hand.

I’ve been on the hunt for a black puffer vest and flannel shirts. I love that chunky sweater though :)
A mustard color sweater, whether its chunky, knitted, simple that’s what I’m on the hunt for. And flannel is always on my list, especially guys flannel shirts, they go great with leggings and skinny jeans!
Scarfs! It is an easy addition but not too much for this Florida girl! And of course a PSL – goes with anything ;)

My fall must have item would have to be a beautiful new pair of black, Michael Kors boots. They would have to be my splurge of the season, but definitely worth it if I find the perfect pair.

I am always on the prowl for a fun printed button-down shirt…wear it tucked into a maxi skirt, or out with skinny jeans and boots. So cute, comfy, a little retro. Also, if you can get a REALLY cute pattern it can also serve as a conversation starter (little teacups, birds, bicycles )! Love it :)
A cozy, chunky sweater is on my fall wish list and a great fall candle would rock too.
Two things come to mind immediately. A pair of TOMS and brown boots. Have been wanting both of years but never buy myself anything other than the essentials. I would love a pair of grey TOMS (I love wearing black and grey…almost everyday you will find me in one of those colors) and the boots…well I have been hunting for quite some time but my calves are larger and the tall boots like I have been wanting don’t fit right (booo)…maybe I need to look into the short ones like Char.
