With all the busy holiday activities, there is something so good about taking the time to slowdown and enjoy being together. Time together is something we value and hold as a priority in our team. Last week we had a team meeting followed by a festive brunch. Grace hosted at her beautiful new home in Lancaster city. As Grace does so well, she made it gorgeous. During the team meeting, we all shared a highlight from 2014. This got us talking about the value of taking time to create ‘lovely’. We talked about how it can be so easy to feel a sense of guilt with this….as if it makes us frivolous. But instead of feeling guilt, embracing it as a good thing and allowing ourselves to incorporate ‘lovely’ into normal life is so fulfilling. It is calming, settling, and energizing all at the same time resulting in more productivity and focus. Incorporating ‘lovely’ into our lives looks different for each of us, but oftentimes something so simple as giving ourselves permissions and a slight shift in perspective will make all the difference.

Love these gals. Love dreaming, planning, learning, and growing with them. So grateful for each of them!
