Grace is a friend and former bride of mine. She loves fashion and so do I. We collaborated on this shoot. She brought her model face and superb outfits. I brought my camera and a goal to capture a set of images with a fashion vibe. Grace is a dream in front of the camera…posing and expression is second nature to her. She makes me look good. Ha. We barley scratched the surface on all her outfits…we could have used SO many more. My little sis, Crystal and my dear friend, Angel joined us. Both of them love fashion also and it was so fun to have them with. Angel has a great eye for posing and Crystal loves and noticed small details. THANK-YOU Angel and Crystal. So we directed and bossed and poked and gave Grace story lines so she could give us the expression we wanted. The crazy thing is, I came with a carload of props and we didn’t use even one. We decided to keep it simple and run with the simplicity of the natural setting. It was good to think outside the box and encourage my brain to think past what I normally would do.

At about this point in the shoot, we decided the bigger the hair the better. We laughed, poor Grace was out numbered. She did not have a chance with three girls teasing her hair, telling her what to wear, and even helping her put on her shoes.

The second half of the shoot we changed it up and gave the images a more springy, soft feel.
