The weather leading up to the wedding day was wet. AND cold. Hot chocolate kind of days. THEN the morning of the wedding day arrived. As if on cue, warm sun rays poked through the clouds and a gentle breeze danced through the trees and meadows. Aaaah yes, I do believe God was saving the perfect spring day for Katilyn and Phil.
Maybe it was the way she glowed. As if her heart was shining through her eyes. Phil…he couldn’t help himself from beaming at this new wife of his. The laughter. A lot of it. The warm sunshine and the sweet scent of the lilacs. Her father’s pride and adoration of his little girl. The antique car bouncing through the meadow. Little sisters looking so pretty with braids in their hair. The love and warm words shared throughout the day. Family ties strong and deep. The twinkling lights and sparklers. Fireworks in the night sky. Most likely it was the combination of it all….I really don’t think a person could have witnessed their wedding day and walk away unchanged.
Katilyn and Phil. Thank-you. I was so blessed. Thank-you for inviting me to be part of your day. An honor, truly. Here is to you and ALL you are together.
Thank-you Jeremy and Diane for working with me!

Classic, simple, elegant. Done with excellence. This is Katilyn and this was her wedding day. It came through in all the details.
Katilyn tragically lost three siblings this past year. Indeed, they were in everybody’s heart and mind. Katilyn’s maid of honor, Chelsea made these lockets for Katilyn. Such a gorgeous bouquet. Love the Lily of The Valley and anemone combination.
Katilyn glowed. No really, she did.
Makeup done with excellence by Grace! Hair ever so lovely done by Janelle! :)
Katilyn’s mother along with all the girls prayed a blessing over Katilyn and the day.
Katilyn and Phil did a First Look which his allowed us plenty of time for portraits!
Katilyn’s little sisters and flower girls.
Katilyn’s father escorted Katilyn on her wedding day in his car. Which was perfect for photos. :)
Katilyn’s little brother and sister are the junior groomsmen.
Oreo cookies and Grandpa waiting at the end of the aisle kept the little ring bearer on track down the aisle.
Picture worthy? Absolutely….all these folks thought so.
Had to include this series! The anticipated KISS. :)
Time for food and fun! Heading off to the reception.
Such a gorgeous way to display dinner seating.
All the details were pulled together beautifully….
A candid photo. I love how it captures Katilyn and Phil taking a minute to pause and take in the evening.
Thanks Jeremy, for capturing this last shot.
