Did you hear?? Sarah and Daniel are getting married!
And I feel incredibly honored to be asked to be part of their day. You are gonna love them.
They just work together. Just kinda fit.
She has a smile that shines from deep inside. And a heart of gold to match. He is a gentle giant. ;) And has a heart of gold too, I believe.
They grew up around each other. Acquaintances. Just that. Then….college friends went ice skating on a winter break. And well, his tall dark handsome self swept her off her feet. She says, “His incredible blend of strength, humility, and kindness never ceases to amaze me. I can’t imagine life without him standing by my side, holding my hand. And did I mention, he gives the BEST hugs, ever??!”
Daniel? He noticed Sarah as a junior in high school. But she was beautiful and girls were scary. A ‘Hi’ was all he could muster as they passed in the hallways. Later in college, things turned to greatness when Daniel was planning a trip to Europe and got in touch with Sarah to ask her about her family in England…..AND to ask her about where she was in life. They stayed in touch and then went skating and you know what they say…the rest is history.;) These two just adore each other….what fun it was to see through the lens.
They prefer spending time together in simple ways. Packed turkey sandwiches and a walk the park. Finding a nice bench to sit on to people watch or talk for a while. Walking hand in hand.
They learned to love the city while Sarah lived there….our goal for the shoot was to capture simple, ease, time together, a day meandering in the city.
One of my favorites and a request of theirs. See, he really does give the best hugs. ;)
We met at Rittenhouse Square…had to buy flowers from a sidewalk vendor to use in a few photos.
Sarah and Daniel, thank-YOU. I cannot WAIT to be part of your day.
