Good morning friends! We hope your week has went well and you are anticipating a good weekend! This past week in the studio we did some team brainstorming for 2015…we have some pretty amazing ideas that we are excited to lay the foundation for. There is nothing that gets my blood pumping like looking forward and turning dreams into reality. And yes, one of my strengths in gallups strength finder is Futuristic. I am LEARNING…adding wisdom to this strength means taking it a step at a time and not focusing on the future so much so that the present gets placed on hold. Thus, my EASE word of the year. Ah, life is a journey of learning. Don’t forget, we are accepting applications for our 2015 internships! SO many good ones coming in and we are grateful and looking forward to all this year will hold for our internships. This past week we sat down as a team dissected and rebuilt our intern program. It is SO good and I have such a good feeling about the ways we have refined our intern program. By the way….are are accepting applications through the 30th.

Char: This book! Rocking my world. Karen gifted it to me this past Christmas…and all I want to do is curl up next to the wood stove and read. Practical, applicable, with a focus on relationships. Good stuff!
