Growth is where good things are rooted and started. It is the water and sunshine to dreams. It allows us to move forward…and become who we want to be. Growth…what a powerful concept.

Who are we?
We are a team of creative’s collaborating; creating, inspiring, and enabling others is our heartbeat. Specializing in photography, visual storytelling, and giving creative’s the means to flourish, we hope to create an ongoing community and creative kinship for all artists. WEDDING DIRECTOR AND PHOTOGRAPHER
Along with shooting, this position will be overseeing the growing wedding arm of our company. Essentially, run with all things CHAR co weddings. We are exited about where we want to take this part of the company.

STUDIO MANAGER
Kathleen…oh we are going to miss this girl. Her last year of schooling in nutrition and dietetics is coming up and it is requiring full time devotion. Kathleen will be spending the summer with us and then fully investing all of her time into her intense last year of school. After that, she will be looking into internships around the country. Someday (and I know she will) she hopes to heal disease through diet. We are sad she is leaving, but I am excited to see her walk in a passion she has been investing so much time and hard work into. Whoever ends up with the privilege of working with Kathleen, will have a gem of a person. This position will be taking Kathleen’s place…it is a big spot to fill. :-)

SENIORS STYLIST
Grace has developed and refined this part of our brand. We absolutely love our CHAR co seniors. Having a personal stylist is a signature part of our senior portraits and I am so proud of what this has grown into. Grace will be transitioning out of Senior’s Stylist and into our company Creative Director role along with working closing with the styling and brand strategy service we are developing.

SENIOR’S DIRECTOR AND PHOTOGRAPHER
Working closely with our Senior’s Stylist, our Senior’s Director and Photographer will photograph and oversee CHAR co Seniors. This position is for the gal that loves teenage girls and good style; along with a passion for shooting beautiful images. Our Senior’s Director will continue to grow and develop the senior arm of our company.

Me personally, I will be transitioning out of lead shooter role; freeing me up to spend more time with the team, working on new projects, and overseeing company direction. Looking forward to all that is too come this year!
