TOM + KIKI : BRANDYWINE MANOR HOUSE WEDDING

If you were to take a step back and look in, this is what you would have observed….A winding driveway leading up to an old stone Bed & Breakfast. Guests seated in the front lawn. A few holding up umbrellas. Music rolling through the foggy air. A serene pond creating a backdrop for the alter. Soft, muted shades of grays and yellows. Elegant yellow and white rose bouquets. A groom carefully escorting the mothers across the yard. One proooud daddy ready to escort his baby girl to the alter. A radiant bride with deep blue eyes and a heart so alive. And a big stone house that seemed to stand at guard watching the festivity on it’s front yard.

Thank-you Larry and Colleen for working with me. You guys ROCK.

Thank-you Tom and Kiki! I love everything about you and your day. It was an honor to document your love. You radiate beauty together. All the best as you continue life together under the Florida sunshine.

BrandywIne Manor House was a gorgeous location for the day. See the slide-show HERE.

Kiki’s idea….a ring photo with the wedding date newspaper. Love!

Seriously, Kiki…so pretty! I always love the mother and sister getting ready moments.

Fantastic shoes and a tattoo in memory of Kiki’s brother.
Ready for the day…

This is Tom…kind, easy going, and looking good.

Adorable grandparents. =)

Like I said, this was one proud daddy.

Something grabs me with this photo…pausing to pray.

Is this for real, baby? =)

Uncle Joel’s car was puuurfect for photos. And then this field behind the Bed&Breakfast? A ‘cannot go wrong’ combo! Threw in a gorgeous bride and groom and a stellar color scheme. LOVE it!

One of my faves from the day. Kiki…gorgeous.

Love this moment during the toasts.

Love this photo by Larry! Off camera flash popping just right. =)

I always walk away from a wedding day feeling like I learned so much about others around me. One thing, that I see over and over….we are who are family is. Yes, we have our own heart, our own perspective, our own take on life. But it almost never fails….I see direct reflections of the parents and siblings on each other. And it’s good. I loved how Kiki’s family seemed to feel and experience life with their whole heart. They loved fiercely, cried deeply, celebrated completely. Kiki’s father was in tears one moment and standing strong and so proud the next.

Loved the details Kiki included in the day for photo purposes!
